Order Fulfillment

When will my order ship? 

Once we receive your order it can take up to 3-5 business days to ship, this does not include the time for USPS to deliver your item. Please note that during the holiday season this can be up to 7-10 business days.

We will process your order as quickly as possible and may get it sent out sooner sometimes.

Can you combine multiple orders placed? 

Unfortunately once an order is placed we can not combine shipping.

USPS Ground Advantage

USPS has introduced Ground Advantage as a shipping option as an affordable and reliable way to send packages inside the U.S. expected in 2–5 business days for items up to 70 lbs. This is the slowest shipping option they offer. Due to our physical geographic location, shipping from Hawaii to the continental US may result in slower shipping times, in some cases we have seen it taking up to 2 weeks.

Order Status

When will I receive my order? 

All domestic orders are sent via USPS. While we cannot guarantee a delivery date, shipping in Hawaii usually takes about 1-3 business days, 4-7 business days within the US (this may be longer with USPS's new ground advantage service), 2-3 business days for priority shipping & 2-4 weeks for international & APO addresses. 

**Shipping speed during the holiday season may be delayed by the carrier.**

What shipping provider do you use?

We ship all orders through United States Postal Service (USPS).

Can I track my order?

Once your order enters pre-shipment, a shipping confirmation email is sent with the order's tracking information to the email provided at checkout. 

Shipping Insurance

Kaha Ki'i Arts is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped and delivered. 

Up to $100 shipping insurance is included for USPS Priority Mail and Ground Advantage shipments. 

Returned & Lost Packages

Kaha Ki'i Arts LLC cannot he held responsible for returned packages due to an incorrect shipping address.

If a package is returned to Kaha Ki'i Arts LLC:

• Store credit will be issued to the email on file, for the amount of the order minus shipping cost within 7-10 business days of the package returning to the warehouse. Store credit can be applied to a future order.

   

In addition, Kaha Ki'i Arts LLC cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damages once an item has left our possession and is with the mail carrier. 

Once an item has left our possession and is with the mail carrier the only information we have is the provided tracking number. We understand the frustration that comes with missing packages and we are more than willing to assist you with some steps to try and help you locate your package.
