Returns, Exchanges, & Damages
Returns- Kaha Ki'i Arts LLC does not accept returns, but will allow you to do an exchange. **WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS**
Exchanges- All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for the cost to ship the item(s) back to us. If the item you are exchanging is out of stock, store credit will be issued for the amount the item was purchased for online, less the shipping cost. Exchanges will not be sent out until the original purchased item has been received and its condition verified.
Items not eligible for exchange and are FINAL SALE:
- HATS (due to it being considered a personal hygiene item).
- Any items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or promotion.
- Purchases made at any in-person event.
To exchange an item:
- Please contact us thru our website within 7 days of delivery of your item (according to your tracking). Make sure to note your order # and reason for exchange. If approved we will reply with instructions to ship back to us.
Defects- We do our best to thoroughly inspect items before we ship them but sometimes we may miss it. If you feel you have received a defected item please contact us immediately with your order #, so we can arrange a replacement for that defected item. In order for us to replace that defected item, the item will need to be unused and unwashed. We ask that the item be shipped back to us (we will refund you this cost), then we will replace the damaged item with a new one. If it is a "limited edition" item or the item is out of stock we will issue a refund.
